What's Holding You Back?

I love running, lifting weights, hiking, cycling, swimming and anything that gets my heart rate up or requires me to be outside. I feel as if I'm lacking something in life when I have to miss a few days of workouts. Another reason I love it is because exercise is an important way for me to spend time with Jesus.

I know this is not the case for everyone. It may require a lot of effort to even start a workout for you. But the truth is we all have things in our lives that we should do that aren't at the top of our favorites list. We just have to do it to be healthy humans. The goal is to get to the place of looking forward to it each day!

We can come up with excuse after excuse as to why we don't have time to get a workout in. But the truth is that there is enough time in the day even if you have kids and work a lot. Include your kids or spouse and everyone has fun! Just carve 10 minutes out to start and you'll start noticing changes in your energy level and body!
